If you are like me, you are planning on celebrating Thanksgiving this year. My wife cooks with her mother and makes a big turkey. It always tastes great. There is stuffing (which is just okay), mashed potatoes, corn, and other good things to eat. I always eat too much.

Do you eat too much too on Thanksgiving?

One tradition we have is to go around the table and state something that we are thankful for.

This year, I am thankful for my health.

You see, I’ve been sick the last few days and there is nothing worse than being sick. I hope to be back to good health soon.

I just found out that a friend has cancer – again.

4 years ago my friend had his prostate removed and he just recently discovered that the cancer was back.  So in August 2016, he will begin radiation treatment for 6-8 weeks.

That’s no fun.

My heart goes out to my friend.

It is sad to see his suffering.

I hope he feels better soon.
